Industrial IoT Platform

The Platform Behind Connected Industrial Machines.

Mavex gives machine builders a white-label IoT platform — and their customers real-time visibility into every asset, every site, every shift.

Built for the companies that build machines

Mavex is the platform machine builders choose to deliver connectivity and branded data portals to their customers — without building any of it from scratch.

Machine Builders & OEMs

You design, manufacture, and sell industrial machines. Your customers increasingly expect data alongside hardware. Mavex lets you deliver a connected, branded experience with every machine you ship — while maintaining full fleet visibility across your entire installed base.

  • White-label branded portal for every customer
  • Fleet-wide visibility across your entire installed base
  • Remote diagnostics — fewer on-site service calls
  • A genuine sales differentiator at point of machine sale
  • New recurring revenue through connectivity plans
  • No internal dev team or infrastructure required

The more you know about your machines, the more you can innovate.

As a machine builder, real-world data shows you exactly how your products perform once they leave the factory. That insight helps you understand what your customers actually need — often requirements they hadn't yet realised themselves — so you can shape the next generation of your machines around genuine demand, and deliver the information your customers will increasingly come to expect.

From machine to insight — in four steps

From your factory floor to your customer's site — here's how Mavex connects every machine you ship.

01

Connect

Install a Mavex edge module on your machine or integrate via your existing PLC. Works with OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, and more.

02

Configure

Set up your dashboards, define your KPIs, apply your brand. Mavex adapts to your metrics — not the other way around.

03

Deploy

Your customers get access to their personalized portal. You get a consolidated view of every machine in the field.

04

Monitor

Real-time data, alerts, and reports keep everyone informed — from the shop floor to the executive dashboard.

Everything your operation needs

Each module works independently or as part of a complete solution — configured for your machines and your industry.

OEE Monitoring

Track Overall Equipment Effectiveness in real time. Availability, performance, and quality — broken down per machine, per shift, per line.

Predictive Maintenance

Detect anomalies and drift before they cause failures. Set custom thresholds and receive alerts by email, SMS, or in-app notification.

Energy Monitoring

Measure power consumption per machine, per product, per shift. Identify peaks, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities automatically.

Fleet Overview

A single dashboard for every machine in your installed base. Filter by site, model, or status. For OEMs, this is your remote control room.

Remote Diagnostics

View live machine parameters, logs, and error codes from anywhere. Diagnose issues remotely and cut costly on-site service calls significantly.

Compliance Reports

Auto-generate maintenance logs, production summaries, and insurance-ready reports. Export to PDF or connect directly to your ERP system.

Works with the hardware you already have

No rip-and-replace. Mavex reads data from your existing machines using the protocols they already speak — and connects machines from different manufacturers within a single production line.

OPC-UA
IEC 62541

The gold standard for modern industrial communication. Recommended for Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R, and any PLC with a UA server.

Modern PLCs & CNCs
Modbus
TCP & RTU

The most widely deployed protocol in manufacturing. Works over Ethernet and serial RS-485 for legacy and older equipment.

Legacy & Older Equipment
MQTT
IoT Messaging

Lightweight publish-subscribe protocol for IoT edge devices, gateways, and cloud-connected sensors. Low bandwidth, high reliability.

IoT & Edge Devices
REST API
HTTP/HTTPS

Connect external software systems: ERPs, MES platforms, maintenance tools. Push and pull data on demand or via webhook.

ERP & MES Integration

One line, many machines, any brand.

A machine is a single physical unit. A production line is an assembly of several machines working together — and they often come from different manufacturers. Mavex connects every machine in the line, whatever the brand, as long as it provides a way to read its data — then unifies it into one view of the whole line. We've integrated equipment from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Beckhoff, Bosch, and many others. If a machine uses a proprietary protocol, our team will evaluate it before you commit to anything.

End-to-end encrypted

All data in transit via TLS 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256. Your machine data never travels unprotected.

99.9% uptime SLA

Redundant cloud infrastructure with automatic failover. Monitored 24/7 with guaranteed response times.

Role-based access control

Separate access levels for OEM fleet managers, plant supervisors, and end-machine operators.

Your brand.
Our infrastructure.

Mavex is built to disappear behind your identity. Your customers see your logo, your colors, your domain. You get the engineering, the cloud infrastructure, and the continuous updates.

  • Full white-label branding — logo, colors, custom domain
  • Customer portal ready in days, not months
  • Separate views for OEM and end-customer
  • No internal dev team required
  • Priced per connected machine — scales with your business

One builder, 300+ lines, full visibility

Here's how a plastic extrusion machine builder turned paper-based reporting into live, fleet-wide insight — and a new revenue stream.

Plastic Extrusion Machinery Machine Builder / OEM

A plastic extrusion machine builder had 300+ connected lines running at customer sites — yet the only visibility anyone had came from paper-based reports. Production figures were slow to arrive, inefficient to compile, and often inaccurate by the time they reached a decision-maker. Once a line left the factory, the builder was effectively blind to how it performed.

With Mavex deployed under their own brand, every line now streams live data into a single dashboard. Their service team diagnoses issues remotely instead of dispatching a technician, spots wear and parameter drift early to recommend maintenance before failures, and gives each customer a branded portal in place of the old paperwork. Crucially, because the platform runs under their name, the builder now charges its own customers a subscription fee for the connected service — turning connectivity from a cost into recurring revenue.

−58% On-site service visits Remote diagnostics replaced most first-response calls.
+28% Service contract renewals Live data turned into a proactive maintenance offering.
+1 New subscription revenue stream The builder now bills customers directly for the connected service.

Most customers go from signed contract to live data in 2–4 weeks. This includes hardware configuration, protocol setup, dashboard customization, and — for OEMs — white-label branding. The timeline depends on the number of machines and the complexity of data you want to capture.
Mavex supports the most common industrial protocols out of the box: OPC-UA for modern PLCs, Modbus TCP/RTU for legacy equipment, MQTT for IoT edge devices, and REST API for software integrations. If your machine uses a proprietary protocol, we'll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis — most can be bridged with an edge adapter.
You do. Always. Mavex acts as a processor, not a controller. Your data is stored in your dedicated tenant, never shared or aggregated across customers, and can be exported or deleted at any time. We're happy to review our data processing agreement before you sign anything.
Pricing is based on the number of connected machines, with a monthly fee per machine. The price also depends on how many data points you capture per hour or per day — a machine logging a handful of values costs less than one streaming high-frequency data. No per-user fees. For OEMs, we offer a reseller model — you set your own price to your end customers and keep the margin.
Yes — completely. Your customers will see your logo, your colors, and your domain. The Mavex name doesn't appear anywhere in the end-customer interface unless you choose to show it. You control the branding, the dashboard layout, and what data your customers can see.
Yes. As an OEM you get a fleet-level view — every machine you've sold, across every customer, in a single dashboard. Filter by customer, region, model, or status. Your customers only see their own machines. This separation is enforced at the data layer, not just the UI.
In most cases, no changes to the PLC program are needed. Mavex reads data via standard interfaces without writing anything back to the machine. For new machine designs, we recommend exposing key variables through an OPC-UA server — which most modern PLCs support natively.
